Days 22-28: The Final Stages Before Rebirth

Between the 22nd and 28th days after death, the soul moves even closer to rebirth. The choices made in past lives now strongly influence where and how the soul will be reborn.

From days 22 to 28, the soul is drawn toward a new life, guided by past actions (karma). The connection to its previous existence fades, and visions of potential new births become clearer. The soul may feel a pull toward certain parents, environments, or situations that match its past behaviors and emotions. If the soul remains aware, it may recognize this process and gain insight. However, if it is controlled by desire or fear, it will enter a new life automatically, continuing the cycle of birth and rebirth. This is a key time to stay mindful and let go of attachments.
